The FLOATECH partner Seapower participated in the Zeroemission Mediterranean Conference and presented the project and its involvement in it.
In the afternoon 12th October 2022, a session of the conference was dedicated to Research and technologies for offshore windpower. On this occasion Domenico Coiro from Seapower made a speech entitled "Testing experiences and European project FLOATECH: technologies and tools for control and cost optimization of offshore floating wind turbines".
The speech illustrated the main goals of the FLOATECH project and Seapower experience gained during its participation to it. A brief illustration of an innovative offshore wind platform model tested in the wave basin of the University of Naples Federico II was presented.
